Taking into account the non-standard planning structure of the building and several floors of design, the space was beaten with smooth lines and rounded corners. Areas for individual and team work, information storage and processing, individual and group negotiations, various communication formats and recreation are designed inside.
The first core includes a large teamwork area with media content in the form of large screens with touch panels, as well as a storage system for samples and building catalogs. There is also a compact meeting room for 6 people, a kitchen isolated from the business part of the space, an area for informal communication, an online meeting room and a soft area with sofas. The second core includes a large informal social area located next to the coffee point. There is also a conference room designed for all types of corporate communications.
Natural materials, smooth shapes of furniture and soft light create a feeling of harmony and comfort. The wavy ceiling of the reception and the flowing lines of the composition refer to natural rhythms, enhancing the impression of a peaceful space.
The bureau's task was to create not just an office, but a space of trust — a place where a potential buyer of a country house or apartment already feels at the first step that he is facing a professional. The interior of the sales office was supposed to be a continuation of the company's philosophy: architecture as a promise of quality of life. That's why the project didn't start with furniture, but with a question: how can a space speak the language of confidence, comfort and openness?
